Available 1-3 Days : Item will be available for delivery within 1-3 days.

Expected in 5 Days : Item is expected to be available for delivery within 5 days.
We currently only ship orders to the UK. Your order's delivery charge is calculated against the total weight of your order. The following weight ranges apply :

Faulty Goods
We must be notified of any faulty goods within 7 days of receipt of package either by phone on 0870 80 80 870 or by e mail at sales@incarvision.com (preferably both) and refund or replacement (on receipt of faulty goods) will be arranged.

Return of faulty goods
All goods must be returned in their original packaging and returned by the same method of postage as their delivery and must be packaged in a secure and safe fashion to ensure no further damage during return transit. A full refund of any postage costs will immediately be issued to your credit card.

There is a 15% re-stocking fee for all returned items
Non Faulty Goods
We must be notified of any order cancellations within 7 days of receipt of goods either by phone on 0870 80 80 870 or by E mail at sales@incarvision.com or preferably both and we will arrange a refund to your card on receipt of returned goods.

Return of non faulty goods
All goods must be returned in their original packaging. Goods must be sent back by secure postage (we can accept no responsibility for goods sent back by unregistered post) and must be packaged in a secure and safe fashion to ensure no damage during return transit. The full cost of the return postage is you, the customers, own expense and no refund is available.
